Raman Trading Group is Lebanese owned company, based in Beirut- Khalde.
I realized quite quickly that sales of goods from china are rising in Lebanon, there was a real need for an understanding on the ground in Lebanon for our clients, to cover the services that domestic suppliers often neglects; sales, after sales and good strong communication on the vast amount of products and services offered.
And this is exactly what we do; we add customer service, back-up and communications to the Chinese goods we supply.

With a small bi-lingual team in Lebanon of 11 staff, we have gained clients in many different companies, who we deal with on a daily basis. And with strategic business partners in locations where our clients are based, we communicate effectively to manage the whole procurement process. We are always searching for more business partners in countries where our procurement operations are growing.
In the last several years, I, my staff and my business partners have visited clients in so many areas, for face to face meetings with clients. This enables us to really gain an understanding of client’s business needs and their specific problems they themselves face in their businesses and particular locations, so we can fully understand what their requirements are.
We also recently sent technicians to help clients build and operate the machinery and goods we have procured in the last few years.

A Lebanese citizen who spent 7 years living and working on the African continent as Civicon Chairman and now developed Civicon to become a part of Raman Trading Group, Mr Abbas has extensive experience of the construction and logistics industries, as well as sourcing and export processes.
Having started Civicon in 2005 and Raman Trading Group in 2007, he now also has first-hand knowledge and understanding of how to do business with a diverse range of Chinese manufacturers and suppliers, both large and small, dealing with a wide range of products. His rich experience has been passed on to all the staff within Civicon and Raman Trading Group, consequently, the company is now growing and searching for increased business co-operation with others around the world.
